Return Policy
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to grant a full refund of the product within 7 days of purchase.
To make a return:
- Email us within 7 days of purchase (brobandinst22@gmail.com)
- If a refund is approved, ship the item back to the address provided (customer is responsible for return shipping cost)
- Original payment amount will be refunded when the item is received
- Item must not be damaged
Please note that refunds will not be given for damaged items.
